The Gran Coupé brings the classic M formula of agility, dynamism and precision to the world of electric mobility – and stands for high-intensity driving pleasure. Equipped with BMW M eDrive motors at both the front and rear axle with a combined maximum output of 400 kW (544 hp) and M specific chassis technology, it promises captivating performance while achieving a range of up to 510 kilometres.

The M specific rear spoiler completes the independent and performance-oriented appearance of the BMW i4 M50. With the optional M Carbon Exterior package, the spoiler is finished in high-quality carbon fibre.

The BMW i4 is equipped as standard with full-LED headlights, while customers can order Adaptive LED Headlights with BMW Laserlight including the BMW Selective Beam anti-dazzle high beam assistant as an option.

The M leather steering wheel underlines the sporty character of the interior, which is characterised by the innovative, frameless BMW Curved Display. The M interior trims Aluminium Rhombicle anthracite are standard equipment.

POWERFUL EFFICIENCY.

BMW i4 M50

The newly developed powertrain technology of the BMW i4 M50 serves up a truly scintillating performance experience. The M automobile is powered by a 190 kW BMW M eDrive electric motor at the front axle and its 230 kW counterpart at the rear, which together put a combined maximum output of 400 kW (544 hp) on tap. The electric all-wheel-drive system allows drive torque to be adjusted with incredible speed and precision, thereby maximising dynamic performance, traction and handling stability at all times in accordance with the driver’s inputs, road surface conditions and driving situation.

INNOVATIVE INTERIOR.

In the interior, the progressive nature of the BMW i4 M50 is above all characterized by the new digital display for the latest generation of the BMW iDrive operating system combined with the new BMW Operating System 8. The BMW Curved Display unites the screens of the 12.3-inch instrument cluster and the central 14.9-inch control display in a single-piece curved glass screen angled towards the driver. The driver’s workplace feeds into a premium ambience brimming with elegance and modernity, whose high-quality materials and precision workmanship represent a convincing proposition.

Adaptive M suspension.

The BMW i4 M50 boasts a bespoke Adaptive M suspension with individually configured springs and dampers, specially designed anti-roll bars and an additional spring strut tower brace in the front end.

Variable sport steering.

The variable sport steering with Servotronic creates a direct and agile steering response and ensures that less physical effort is required to turn the wheel. It reacts to the angle of the steering wheel with varying steering ratios. This improves handling when driving more dynamically and reduces the effort needed to steer when parking and turning.

M Sport brake.

The M Sport brake has four-piston fixed calipers at the front and single-piston floating calipers at the rear in Blue metallic with the M logo and features large brake discs to ensure an outstanding braking performance.
