Available for the first time in the all-electric SAV, the M multifunction seats offer a particularly wide range of electrically operated adjustment options, including backrest width adjustment and lumbar support.

The tremendously powerful drivetrain of the BMW iX M70 xDrive with its two high-performance BMW M eDrive motors provides an instantaneous power delivery. Combining a formidable system output of up to 485kW (659 hp), an electric all-wheel drive and its M specific suspension set-up, the SAV offers driving dynamics at the highest level. Generating a maximum system torque of 1,100 Nm when the Launch Control function is activated, the BMW iX M70 xDrive drivetrain delivers outstanding pulling power. The SAV completes the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited at 250 km/h.

1.100 Nm of torque is generated by the powerful drivetrain of the BMW iX M70 xDrive with activated Launch Control.

TECHNICAL DETAILS.

  • The new BMW iX M70 xDrive features the Adaptive M dual-axle air ride control with electronically controlled shock absorbers including M specific tuning and M specific anti-roll bars. In the new version of the all-electric SAV, the suspension, damping and chassis control systems have been fine-tuned to cope with the increased drive power and the modified weight balance resulting from optimised battery technology.
