Age restrictions

Generally speaking, anyone who holds a valid driving licence and is fit to drive can benefit from our training courses. They are especially suitable for beginners, young motorists and those who do not drive frequently. 17-year-olds can take part in training courses for young drivers accompanied by the person whose name is entered in their driving licence. Here the same special conditions apply to the escort as to the young driver. In this case, we hope you appreciate that registrations must be made in writing. We will also be glad to provide you with telephone support.

Air travel

Flight bookings are not included in our training services. The training price does not include your individual travel to and from the airport, accommodation before and after the event or any related activities. However, we can provide you with a discount code for reduced airfares via Leav.com. You will receive this code once you have completed your booking. Please note that the codes are personalised and only valid for registered participants. They cannot be shared with anyone else.

Important: Our transfers and schedules are based on Leav Aviation's current flight schedule and arrival times at Arvidsjaur Airport. If you choose a different flight connection, please ensure that you arrive in Arvidsjaur no later than 12:30 on the day of arrival. Otherwise our transfer service will not be available. We are happy to assist you in booking an individual transfer, but the cost of this must be paid on site.

Participation during pregnancy

Particular care is taken in the case of pregnant women, as liability for physical harm and damage to health cannot be excluded. It is not excluded in the General Terms and Conditions, however we do recommend refraining from participating if certain individual exercises (emergency braking, oversteer) may put the health of both mother and child at risk. Should the client still wish to participate, we require a medical clearance form. In terms of accident insurance, no restrictions are applied. The pregnancy also has no effect on the motor third party insurance taken out on the car. As such, there is nothing against participating from an insurance point of view.

Participation with private car

For insurance reasons, it is not permitted to use your own private car on our training courses. However, we would be happy to provide you with a proposal for an individual, personal training course. Third-party products are not permitted on our premises.

Weather-related cancellations

The BMW M Snow Experience courses in Austria take place on prepared ice and snow surfaces. These courses can only be held if the track is safe to drive on without endangering the participants. This depends on the weather conditions during the days and nights prior to the event and on the day of the event itself, which must allow for proper track preparation. While BMW M Driving Experience will make every effort to ensure this, the safety of the participants and the quality of the training are paramount. For this reason, the BMW M Snow Experience in Austria may be cancelled on short notice. If the training is cancelled, you will be informed immediately. However, BMW M will not be responsible for any costs related to your travel, accommodation or meals. Please check your emails regularly from three days prior to the training and make sure we can reach you by phone.

Weather conditions

As with regular road traffic, our training courses take place in all weather conditions. However, in the event of extreme conditions we reserve the right to cancel in the interests of your safety.

This person must, among other things, fulfil the following prerequisites: to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least five years and to be at least 30 years old.
