The new BMW M2 promises unadulterated driving pleasure through every mile – of everyday journeys and track sessions alike. The carbon-fiber add-on parts for the front, sides and rear are made from carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic. They accentuate its racing aura with a clear coat finish that exposes the composition of fibers beneath. The M Performance front splitter carbon fiber and M Performance air intake trim carbon fiber, for instance, ensure the new BMW M2 makes a particularly striking impression. The titanium M Performance silencer system available for the new BMW M2 boasts reduced weight, an unmistakable look and distinct racing-car acoustics. The visual highlight is the centrally positioned quartet of tailpipes made from titanium colored in eyecatching gold bronze in combination with a specially modified M Performance rear diffuser carbon fiber. Its front pipes are made from lightweight stainless steel while the rear silencer has an all-titanium construction. As a result, the silencer system is some eight kilograms lighter than the standard item. The system not only gives the M2 an even more exciting appearance, the optimised exhaust system also produces an even sportier driving experience and – depending on the mode of the electrically controlled flaps – hits a particularly exhilarating note reminiscent of a racing car.
M Performance tailpipe trims in carbon fiber/titanium are available as an eye-catching addition to the standard exhaust system fitted on the new BMW M2. Their sophisticated mix of materials and perforated inner pipes lend the rear end a highly exclusive air.
THE M PERFORMANCE CENTRE LOCK WHEEL.
Motorsport DNA 2.0: With the exceptional centre lock wheels, the BMW M2 Coupé moves even closer to its roots, both visually and functionally. Derived directly from racing, the M Performance wheels combine exciting sporty design and motorsport functions. Instead of the usual five bolts, the wheel is attached to the wheel bearing with a striking central wheel bolt – an innovation that combines highly emotional design and lightweight construction.

THE M PERFORMANCE COILOVER SUSPENSION.
The M Performance suspension for the BMW M2 endows it with even sharper agility and cornering dynamics. The recommended lowering here is ten millimetres. Even 25 millimetres at the front axle and 20 millimetres at the rear axle would be possible.
